Fitness has always been a big part of my life, and during my first pregnancy I was determined to stay active—but I struggled to find someone with the right knowledge and experience to support me safely.
That experience sparked an idea. Four years later, I’ve created a space dedicated to supporting women at every stage of life—helping them build strength, confidence, and a positive connection with their bodies.
